We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Health Care. Superbills may be provided for patients with out-of-network benefits to allow for reimbursement.
Prior to your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to contact your insurance provider and review your coverage to determine eligibility and what you may be financially responsible for. Copayment or deductible is due prior to the start of services.
Our providers are currently able to service those ages 18+.
Evaluations can range from $900 to $1,200+ depending on the complexity of the case. This may be broken up into 1–5 payments, depending on the plan selected. We do require that 75% of the total cost be paid by the time of feedback. Payment plans must be signed prior to services with agreement to monthly auto payment of the contracted amount.
Testing is a tool and an investment in yourself and your well-being. The cost includes the clinical interview, test administration, and feedback completed by the clinician with you, as well as independent clinician work such as scoring tests and integrating information into a report. At the end, you receive a signed report specifying diagnoses with support through review of relevant interview and test data.
Our providers are invested in you. The testing process is extensive — several hours are spent with the clinician for the interview and testing, plus additional time dedicated to scoring, statistical analysis, pattern interpretation, reviewing records, and creating a comprehensive report. The feedback appointment is typically scheduled 2–3 weeks after testing, during which the clinician reviews all results, discusses diagnoses and recommendations, and provides a final signed copy of the report. Every report includes review of your personal test performance, clinical impressions, formal diagnoses, individualized recommendations, and a summary of test results.
The report includes all relevant background information related to the current problem, medical/psychiatric history, social history (birth, living situation, etc.), review of performance on testing, diagnosis, and individualized recommendations.
If academic or occupational accommodations are desired, please discuss your interest with the provider and a letter will be created to reflect your needs.
We currently offer individual therapy. The initial session is $180 and includes background collection, determination of good fit for therapy, and establishing treatment goals. Subsequent sessions are $150 for a 50-minute session with our psychologist.
Bring a valid form of ID and an accepted form of payment. You may also bring a bottle of water and a light snack given the length of the appointment. Please make sure to have breakfast or a snack before arriving.
The length varies depending on how quickly you respond, the number of items completed per measure, complexity of the case, and testing needs to adequately answer the referral question. On average, the intake and test administration take between 3 and 4 hours. As testing is scheduled for the morning, you would typically be available around lunchtime.
Yes, we offer cognitive and psychological evaluations for both criminal and civil cases. It is important that the purpose of the evaluation be disclosed prior to starting to ensure consistency with standards in the legal setting.

My biggest dreams & goals are…
Reflect on a small, everyday thing I often overlook but am truly grateful for.
What are the best qualities about myself?
What do I value the most in my life and why?
Low-impact movement ideas to lift your mood and reconnect with your body.
Exercise serves as a powerful coping mechanism by reducing stress, enhancing mood, and improving overall mental well-being. Even if you don't want to "work out" there are several ways to exercise and get the benefits of it. Some examples are going for a walk, going swimming, doing a hike, riding a bike, washing your car, doing housework, or doing some simple stretching to name a few.
Practical strategies for improving sleep quality.
A common cause of sleeping problems is poor sleep hygiene. Stepping up sleep hygiene by cultivating habits and a bedroom setting that are conducive to sleep can go a long way in reducing sleep disruptions.
Having a set bedtime and maintaining a steady sleep schedule helps regulate your body's internal clock.
Find ways to wind-down, such as with relaxation techniques, as part of a standard routine before bedtime.
Avoid alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine in the evening — these can interfere with falling and staying asleep.
Dim lights and put away electronic devices for an hour or more before bed to signal to your brain it's time to sleep.
Get regular exercise and natural light exposure during the daytime — both support a healthy sleep-wake cycle.
Maximize comfort and support from your mattress, pillows, and bedding, and block out excess light and sound that could disrupt sleep.
Finding the best routines and bedroom arrangement may take some trial and error to determine what's best for you, but that process can pay dividends in helping you fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night.
How what we eat can support how we feel.
The food we eat has a direct impact on our brain chemistry, energy levels, and emotional wellbeing. Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, and antioxidants support the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine — the chemicals that regulate mood. Eating balanced, nourishing meals doesn't just fuel your body; it supports your mind. Small, consistent changes to your diet can make a meaningful difference in how you feel day to day.

Supporting the whole person — because mental wellness starts with meeting basic needs.
Mental health is a critical aspect of overall well-being, yet it cannot be effectively addressed through therapy and medication alone. Professional treatment plays an essential role — but foundational needs must be met first. When people struggle to secure food, housing, or safety, emotional healing becomes far harder to sustain.
Our community has not been immune to the broader economic shifts that have impacted families who never expected to face housing or food insecurity. While we cannot fix the problem, we have located local options that can help relieve that stress. We have compiled a list of available supports and services in the area to better support you and meet your needs.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions, or if you have a resource you'd like to add for community awareness.
